AAR AND CEBU PACIFIC STRENGTHEN PARTNERSHIP WITH NEW COMPONENT REPAIR AGREEMENT

Wood Dale, Illinois – AAR CORP. (NYSE: AIR), a global leader in aviation aftermarket solutions, has signed a multi-year agreement with Cebu Pacific Air for nacelle maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services for the airline’s A320 fleet powered by the CFM56-5B engine. The agreement further strengthens the long-standing collaboration between AAR and Cebu Pacific, ensuring high-quality component support for the airline’s growing fleet.

The nacelle repair work will be performed at AAR’s Component Services facility in Chonburi, Thailand, strategically positioned to serve operators across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.


Expanding a Proven Partnership

AAR’s relationship with Cebu Pacific includes the supply of Used Serviceable Material (USM) for the airline’s CFM56-5B engine overhauls and the provision of warranty management and repair cost oversight services through Airinmar, an AAR subsidiary.
