Embraer has opened applications for its latest Master of Science in Aeronautical Engineering programme, a key initiative designed to accelerate the careers of engineers in nearly 30 fields. Run in collaboration with Brazil’s renowned Technological Institute of Aeronautics (ITA), the programme combines academic excellence with practical industry immersion and offers 45 new scholarships to master’s students located in Brazil.
With a strong focus on developing highly skilled professionals, Embraer will provide selected candidates with a monthly scholarship of R$5,000, along with additional benefits such as medical and dental coverage, life insurance, and meal allowances. The scholarship increases by 20% in the second year. Classes begin in February 2026 and will be held both in person and partially online at Embraer’s headquarters and ITA in São José dos Campos (SP).
“Developing people is a strategic investment and a hallmark of Embraer’s culture,” said Andreza Alberto, Vice President of People, ESG, and Corporate Communications at Embraer. “By the end of the program, the hiring rate of these new talents is high, over 96%. To date, more than 1,600 graduates from the initiative have joined our team, helping us design the future of aviation.”
Over an 18-month period, students will engage with a curriculum led by experienced professionals and external consultants, graduating with a professional master’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, officially recognised by the Brazilian Ministry of Education.
Eligible applicants must have completed an engineering degree in 2023, 2024, or 2025 in fields ranging from Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, and Software to Energy, Robotics, and Transportation. Fluency in English is required.
Applications close on September 7, 2025, and can be submitted via embraer.com/pee.
