Lisbon, Portugal – 8 October 2025: InterLnkd has partnered with Viasat to introduce AirMall, the world’s first full-scale digital inflight shopping mall, to Viasat’s airline customers. The collaboration gives carriers a new opportunity to monetise their onboard Wi-Fi investment through a dynamic retail platform.
Viasat, a global leader in satellite communications, currently provides inflight broadband connectivity to more than 60 airlines worldwide. The agreement, announced during the World Aviation Festival in Lisbon, will make AirMall available through Viasat’s Connected Partner Platform, which offers curated applications that airlines can easily integrate. Participating carriers can opt in to a global retail channel that connects passengers to more than 20,000 brands while in flight.

The collaboration enables Viasat’s airline customers to activate AirMall seamlessly using their existing portal infrastructure, with no additional hardware or software required.
Unveiled earlier this month, AirMall is a white-label retail solution offering tailored product recommendations, flexible post-flight delivery options, and loyalty programme integration – all without onboard stock or added crew workload.
