BELL TO SHOWCASE VERTICAL LIFT SOLUTIONS AT FIDAE 2026

Bell to showcase multi-mission rotorcraft and regional support capabilities at FIDAE 2026 in Chile, highlighting its operational footprint across Latin America.

REGIONAL FOCUS AND OPERATOR BASE

Bell reports a strong footprint in Latin America, supporting nearly 2,000 military and commercial operators across a wide range of mission profiles. The company continues to expand its regional support network while positioning its aircraft as multi-mission platforms suited to varied operating environments.

 

At FIDAE 2026, Bell will highlight both aircraft capability and aftermarket support systems, with a focus on improving aircraft readiness and operational continuity.

 

 

AIRCRAFT PLATFORM OVERVIEW

Bell 407GXi
The Bell 407GXi is positioned as a multi-role platform with a cruise speed of approximately 133 knots (246 km/h). Equipped with the Garmin G1000H NXi flight deck, the aircraft is used across missions including search-and-rescue, troop transport, and helicopter emergency medical services (HEMS). The broader 407 platform has accumulated over seven million flight hours globally.

 

Bell 505
The Bell 505 light single helicopter features dual-channel FADEC and integrated glass cockpit avionics. With a cruise speed of around 125 knots (232 km/h) and a useful load of 680 kg, it is used in both civil and military roles across the region.

 

Bell 429
The twin-engine Bell 429 is configured for rapid response operations, including search-and-rescue. The aircraft supports single-pilot IFR operations and accommodates up to seven passengers, with design features such as clamshell doors enabling flexible mission configurations.

 

SUBARU Bell 412EPX
The SUBARU Bell 412EPX builds on a long-standing platform lineage, supporting missions including firefighting, law enforcement, and military operations. It offers an internal weight capacity of 12,200 lbs, external load capability of 13,000 lbs, and a cargo hook capacity of 5,000 lbs.

 

 

SUPPORT AND PRESENCE AT FIDAE

In addition to aircraft display, Bell will present its regional aftermarket support ecosystem, including maintenance and operational support services available to operators across Latin America.

 

The company will be located at Chalet A5–A8 during FIDAE 2026, taking place from 7–10 April, where it will engage with operators, partners, and industry stakeholders.
