FOCUS ON SERVICE QUALITY AND RESILIENCE
David Lavorel, Chief Executive Officer of SITA, said the organisation’s strength lies in combining local operational expertise with technology and automation to identify and resolve issues before they affect passengers. He added that Jaffé’s appointment will further strengthen that capability.
Jaffé said resilient aviation technology depends on skilled people supported by centralised, AI-powered operations capable of responding proactively. He noted that SITA Global Services currently delivers managed services across more than 300 airports in over 100 countries.
