Penciolelli will work across AERION’s businesses, including ECS Group, Global GSA Group, TCE and CargoTech, to strengthen dialogue with airline partners, effective 1 October 2026.
AERION, the commercial brand of the group holding behind ECS Group, Global GSA Group, TCE, CargoTech, Mail and More and HealthC’Air, has appointed César Penciolelli to lead global airline partnerships and commercial development, effective 1 October 2026, the company said. In the role, Penciolelli will work across AERION’s businesses and teams, with a particular focus on strengthening dialogue with airline partners, understanding their priorities and connecting them with the relevant expertise across the Group.
“César’s experience and understanding of airline partnerships make him particularly well suited to this role. His transversal position will strengthen the way we connect our capabilities around our airline partners and remain closely aligned with their priorities,” said Adrien Thominet, Chairman of the holding company behind ECS Group, Global GSA Group, TCE, CargoTech, Mail and More and HealthC’Air and Founder of AERION.
An industrial engineer specialising in supply chain, Penciolelli began his career in strategy and operations consulting, including positions at Strategy&, part of PwC, and EY, before joining CEVA Logistics, first within the Group Chief Operating Officer’s team and subsequently leading Global Air Procurement & Carrier Management within the Air Product organisation.
“Having worked closely with airlines from the buying side, I understand the importance of strong relationships, clear priorities and solutions that respond to real operational needs,” said Penciolelli. “AERION brings together a wide range of expertise. My role is to work across these businesses and with our teams to make those capabilities as relevant and accessible as possible to our airline partners.”
Note: AERION brings together ECS Group, Global GSA Group, TCE, CargoTech and several specialised entities as an integrated cargo partner for airlines.
