AAR CORP presented its updated long-term strategy and three-year financial framework during its 2026 Investor Day, outlining growth initiatives across its aviation aftermarket operations.

AAR CORP. has outlined its updated long-term strategy and three-year financial framework during its 2026 Investor Day presentation, held on 12 May.

The aviation aftermarket services provider said the event focused on the company’s integrated platform approach across parts supply, repair, engineering, software, and government programmes, with senior leadership presenting growth initiatives and operational priorities aimed at expanding market share and improving financial performance.

AAR Chairman, President and CEO, John M. Holmes said the company has continued to advance its strategy over recent years, resulting in what he described as a stronger aviation aftermarket platform with improved margins, higher returns on capital, and sustained growth.

According to the company, its current strategic focus centres on delivering integrated aftermarket support solutions through its Parts Supply; Repair, Engineering and Software; Government Solutions; and Legacy Commercial Programs segments.

During the presentation, AAR also reaffirmed the financial guidance previously issued on 24 March 2026 for both the fourth fiscal quarter and the full fiscal year.

The Investor Day programme included presentations from senior executives responsible for commercial operations, distribution, repair and engineering, software, government programmes, and finance.

A live webcast and presentation materials were made available through the investor relations section of the company’s website, with a replay to remain accessible following the event.

Founded in 1955, AAR operates in more than 20 countries and provides aviation aftermarket services to commercial and government operators, maintenance organisations, and aerospace manufacturers.
