AIBOT UNVEILS X SERIES AND T500 AIRCRAFT AT COMMERCIAL UAV EXPO 2025

California-based autonomous aviation company AIBOT has unveiled two flagship product lines at the Commercial UAV Expo 2025 in Las Vegas – the AIBOT X Series, a modular family of UAVs designed for inspection, mapping, and security operations, and the AIBOT T500, a tiltwing aircraft built for rapid-response missions.

The announcement marks a significant milestone for AIBOT, reinforcing its mission to make intelligent flight accessible anytime, anywhere, while supporting U.S. manufacturing and resilient domestic supply chains from its San Bernardino facilities.

“In an era where seconds can save lives, autonomy must be more than a buzzword,” said Max Ma, President of AIBOT. “The AIBOT T500 and X Series prove that AI-native aircraft can deliver real intelligence, unmatched reliability, and mission scalability — from emergency response to industrial operations.”

AIBOT X Series – Modular Precision

The AIBOT X Series comprises sub-55-pound multirotor UAVs designed for reconnaissance and data collection across mission-critical applications, including wildfire detection, emergency response, mapping, and surveillance.

With payload capacities of 5–10 pounds, flight times between 35 and 70 minutes, and top speeds approaching 20 metres per second, the X Series offers flexibility across operations. The lineup includes:

  • AIBOT X22 – optimised for inspection and mapping
  • AIBOT X22R – for persistent surveillance and mapping
  • AIBOT X22Y – built for flexible payloads and security operations

Pre-orders for the series are now open via the company’s website.

AIBOT T500 – Speed When Every Second Counts

The AIBOT T500 tiltwing aircraft is designed to deliver high-speed, high-payload missions. With a 17-foot wingspan and eight rotors, the aircraft can carry payloads of up to 60 pounds, sustain cruise speeds of 120 mph, and reach a maximum of 150 mph.

Capable of covering 55 miles per mission, remaining airborne for up to an hour, and operating at altitudes of 15,000 feet, the T500 is positioned for urgent response operations. The aircraft is in the final stages of engineering validation, with production-intent rollout targeted for 2026.

Availability

AIBOT is showcasing the X Series and T500 at Booth 901 for the duration of the Commercial UAV Expo 2025. Product videos are available on the company’s official YouTube channel, with live demonstrations for select partners planned as part of its future strategy.
