ASL AVIATION HOLDINGS SECURES US$316M REFINANCING TO SUPPORT GROWTH AND SUSTAINABILITY

Dublin, 19 August 2025 — ASL Aviation Holdings DAC has successfully completed the refinancing of its credit facility, confirming a new term facility of US$316 million alongside a revolving credit facility (RCF), both supported by Goldman Sachs as sole structuring and placement agent. The agreement, which significantly enhances ASL’s financial flexibility, will be used to drive continued growth, fleet development and sustainability initiatives across the group.

The transaction underscores strong confidence from the banking sector in ASL’s performance and strategic direction. Over the past four years, ASL has steadily expanded its credit capacity—from the initial US$125 million facility in April 2021, to US$200 million in July 2022, followed by US$155 million in April 2023. This latest refinancing marks another strategic milestone, reflecting ASL’s solid financial performance and commitment to operational excellence.

In addition to reinforcing its financial position, the new facility broadens ASL’s banking syndicate by attracting a wider base of financial partners, thus enhancing liquidity and flexibility. This diversified approach strengthens ASL’s ability to respond to opportunities in a rapidly evolving aviation sector.

“We are delighted to announce the successful refinancing and enhancement of our credit facility,” said Mark O’Kelly, Chief Financial Officer at ASL Aviation Holdings. “The belief and strong support we continue to receive from the banking markets is encouraging. It reflects the trust in ASL’s growth strategy and our role as a global leader in aviation. This financing will enable us to further develop our fleet, serve our customers more efficiently and continue advancing toward our goal of reducing our carbon emission footprint.”

With its renewed access to capital, ASL plans to continue building on its impressive track record of operational stability, fleet modernisation and environmental responsibility, positioning the company well for future expansion.
