AVIATOR RENEWS PARTNERSHIP WITH SAS FOR GROUND HANDLING SERVICES ACROSS FIVE AIRPORTS IN NORWAY AND SWEDEN

Aviator renews its partnership with SAS to provide ground handling and de-icing services at five airports in Norway and Sweden, supporting over 20,000 annual departures.

Agreement covers key Nordic hubs

Aviator Airport Alliance has renewed its long-standing partnership with SAS Scandinavian Airlines to continue delivering full ground handling and de-icing services at five airports in Norway and Sweden.

The renewed agreement covers three airports in Norway: Tromsø (TOS), Bergen Airport (BGO) and Kristiansand Airport (KRS), as well as two in Sweden: Gothenburg-Landvetter Airport (GOT) and Malmö Airport (MMX).

According to Aviator, the agreement reinforces its role as a strategic partner to SAS in the Nordic region.

Supporting over 20,000 annual departures

The partnership will support approximately 20,300 annual SAS departures across the five locations, comprising 13,900 departures in Norway and 6,400 in Sweden.

Under the agreement, Aviator will provide comprehensive ground support services, including de-icing, a critical requirement for maintaining safe and punctual operations during Nordic winter conditions.

SAS noted that Aviator’s operational performance, winter expertise and consistent service delivery across the five airports contribute to the airline’s reliability and on-time performance.
