Boeing has announced the continuation of its Platinum Level sponsorship with the Experimental Aircraft Association, reaffirming its long-standing support of the annual EAA AirVenture Oshkosh fly-in convention.
The renewed three-year agreement will see Boeing retain naming rights for Boeing Plaza and continue its sponsorship of free AirVenture admission for all youth attendees aged 18 and younger. Boeing’s formalised support of EAA AirVenture began in 2011 and has since grown into one of the largest vendor footprints at the event.
In addition to Boeing Plaza naming rights, the agreement includes Boeing’s role as Presenting Sponsor of WomenVenture, support for the Airline Crew Check-in, and continued backing of multiple KidVenture activities. The sponsorship reflects Boeing’s commitment to engaging aviation enthusiasts across general aviation, commercial, business and military sectors, while helping to inspire the next generation of aviation professionals.
Chris Raymond, President and Chief Executive Officer of Boeing Global Services, said AirVenture provides an ideal platform to showcase the company’s diverse products and services, noting the event’s expanding participation and EAA’s global reach within the aviation community.
EAA Chief Executive Officer and Chairman Jack Pelton highlighted the impact of the partnership, describing Boeing Plaza as the centre of AirVenture. He noted that Boeing’s support of youth admission has enabled nearly 500,000 young people to attend the event over the past three years, offering them the opportunity to explore aviation.
Further details on Boeing’s programming and activities at AirVenture 2026 will be shared via Boeing.com and EAA.org.
