Melbourne, Florida, February 5, 2025 – Embraer Executive Jets has announced a landmark agreement with global fractional jet ownership leader Flexjet, marking the largest firm order in the history of both companies. The deal, valued at up to $7 billion, includes a firm order of 182 aircraft with options for 30 additional jets, reinforcing Flexjet’s long-standing commitment to Embraer’s Phenom and Praetor models.

This agreement strengthens a two-decade-long partnership between the two aviation giants. It also cements Flexjet’s status as the first fleet customer for Praetor jets, while introducing the new and improved Phenom 300E into its global portfolio. With this historic fleet expansion, Flexjet’s operational capacity will nearly double over the next five years.

Strengthening a 20-Year Partnership

The collaboration between Embraer and Flexjet dates back to 2003, when Flight Options, which later merged with Flexjet, became the first fractional ownership program to introduce the Legacy executive jet. Over the years, Flexjet has been instrumental in helping Embraer achieve several key milestones, including the delivery of its 1,000th executive jet and the 100th Phenom 300.

The Phenom 300E, the world’s most-delivered light business jet for 12 consecutive years, continues to set industry benchmarks for efficiency, speed, and comfort. Flexjet’s enhanced fleet will also benefit from the Praetor 500 and Praetor 600, which provide exceptional transatlantic range, superior fuel efficiency, and advanced fly-by-wire technology.
