EMBRAER STRENGTHENS DUTCH DEFENCE PARTNERSHIPS WITH TNO, OPT/NET, AND ILIAS

Embraer strengthens its defence presence in the Netherlands through new partnerships with TNO, OPT/NET, and ILIAS, focusing on AI, data management, and fleet optimisation technologies.

Rotterdam, Netherlands, November 20, 2025 – Embraer (NYSE: EMBJ / B3: EMBJ3) has signed new strategic cooperation agreements with leading Dutch companies TNO, OPT/NET, and ILIAS, advancing its collaboration within the Netherlands’ defense ecosystem. These partnerships build on the framework of the Industrial Participation Agreement with the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs and aim to enhance innovation in defence technology.

 

Under the agreement with TNO, Embraer will work on multi-agent systems and data management to support surveillance missions, improving operational responsiveness. Collaboration with OPT/NET will focus on applying AI-driven technologies to deliver enhanced decision-support for complex military operations. ILIAS will provide real-time, integrated data solutions to strengthen fleet management capabilities.

 

Atech, an Embraer subsidiary, will support these initiatives by leveraging its expertise in mission-critical systems, command-and-control, and intelligence data analysis, further reinforcing joint technological development with TNO and OPT/NET.

 

Jan Christiaan Dicke, Commissioner Military Production at the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs, said:
