Emirates is offering complimentary hotel stays, access to hundreds of discounts through My Emirates Pass and tailored stopover itineraries as part of a summer travel campaign aimed at passengers travelling to or through Dubai.

Complimentary hotel stays for eligible passengers
Emirates has launched a range of summer travel offers for passengers travelling to or through Dubai, including complimentary stays at the JW Marriott Marquis, access to discounts across the city and tailored stopover itineraries.
The offer is available to passengers booking return tickets to Dubai or stopping over in the city for more than 24 hours. Customers travelling in First Class or Business Class can receive a complimentary two-night stay at the JW Marriott Marquis, while passengers travelling in Premium Economy Class or Economy Class are eligible for a one-night stay.
The promotion applies to tickets purchased between 22 June and 12 July 2026 for travel between 25 June and 30 September 2026.
DUBAI PROMOTED AS SUMMER DESTINATION
Range of attractions and experiences highlighted
Emirates is positioning Dubai as a destination capable of accommodating a variety of travel preferences and lengths of stay during the summer period.
The airline highlighted access to major attractions, theme parks, museums, interactive art galleries and indoor leisure activities, alongside the city’s established tourism infrastructure.
Adnan Kazim, Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer at Emirates, said Dubai continues to offer a broad range of shopping, entertainment, dining and family-oriented experiences for both stopover passengers and visitors travelling to the city as their final destination.
STOPOVER PLANNING TOOLS AVAILABLE
Dubai Experience platform supports itinerary planning
Passengers can also use Emirates’ Dubai Experience platform to build customised itineraries during their stay. The platform includes suggested 24-hour and 48-hour itineraries designed to help travellers maximise shorter stopovers.
The airline said the platform caters to a range of traveller profiles and visit durations.
MY EMIRATES PASS RETURNS
More than 600 offers available
Emirates has also reinstated its My Emirates Pass programme for summer 2026. The programme provides access to more than 600 offers at participating venues across Dubai.
Passengers can access discounts at restaurants, retail outlets, spas and other attractions by presenting a valid Emirates boarding pass together with identification.
DUBAI SUMMER SURPRISES SET TO RETURN
City-wide programme runs from July to August
Dubai Summer Surprises will take place from 2 July to 30 August 2026, featuring concerts, cultural events, wellness activities and promotional offers across shopping and lifestyle destinations throughout the city.
The annual programme remains one of Dubai’s largest seasonal tourism initiatives.
SOUTH AFRICA REMAINS KEY MARKET
Six daily Emirates services connect South Africa with Dubai
Emirates currently operates three daily flights from Johannesburg, two daily flights from Cape Town and one daily flight from Durban to Dubai.
Through its Dubai hub, the airline provides onward connectivity to more than 138 destinations worldwide, including London, Mumbai, Bangkok, Guangzhou and New York.
The carrier also noted that bookings made after 2 April 2026 include one complimentary date change across all cabin classes. Additional products available to passengers include the Hold My Fare option and Comprehensive Travel Cover insurance.
