VERTICON 2026 – Aircraft interiors specialist F/LIST has contributed to the interior design of Airbus Corporate Helicopters’ new ACH140, unveiled during the Vertical Aviation International (VAI) Verticon 2026 event.

The aircraft forms part of the Airbus Corporate Helicopters (ACH) line and is aimed at private and business aviation customers. The interior concept introduces a new design language for the ACH range, combining refined materials with an emphasis on ergonomics and cabin functionality.

Custom Cabinet Developed for ACH140 Cabin

F/LIST designed and produced a bespoke cabinet that forms a central element of the ACH140 cabin interior. Developed in collaboration with Airbus as part of the aircraft’s interior concept, the cabinet contributes to the overall cabin architecture and reflects the design language introduced for the new helicopter.

The unit features a satin black varnish corpus paired with two functional drawers finished in dark grey structural coating. The cabinet’s attachments and drawer fronts incorporate matte carbon with a distinctive 45-degree carbon fibre pattern, highlighting the aircraft’s contemporary interior design.

Additional details include cupholders with brushed metal inlays and integrated storage compartments. The cabinet also includes two storage boxes with leather-covered flaps, providing dedicated holders for mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets.

Lightweight Construction for Rotorcraft Applications

For serial production, the cabinet components are expected to be manufactured using an advanced monocoque construction with autoclave technology. This approach is intended to provide structural stability while maintaining low weight, an important consideration for helicopter interiors.

Customers will also be able to select from a range of colour, material and finish (CMF) options, allowing individual interior configurations aligned with the bespoke design philosophy of the Airbus Corporate Helicopters line.
