GLOBAL MRO OPERATIONS RECEIVE WORKPLACE CERTIFICATION

FL Technics Lithuania and FL Technics Indonesia have been awarded Top Employer certification, recognising their commitment to maintaining high standards in people management and workplace practices.

The certification marks the third recognition for FL Technics Lithuania and the second for FL Technics Indonesia. According to the company, the awards indicate continued alignment with internationally benchmarked employer assessment criteria across multiple operating regions.

The certification is issued by the independent Top Employers Institute following an audit of HR policies, employee development, leadership structures and workplace environment.

WORKFORCE STABILITY REMAINS KEY IN MRO OPERATIONS

FL Technics Group noted that maintaining consistent employer standards across global operations is becoming increasingly important as its maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) footprint expands.

Zilvinas Lapinskas, CEO of FL Technics Group, said operational reliability in aviation maintenance depends heavily on experienced specialists and workforce continuity.

“As our global MRO footprint expands, maintaining consistent employer standards across different regions becomes increasingly important,” he said.

The company added that its internal HR frameworks continue to evolve alongside operational growth, particularly in Europe and Southeast Asia. The approach combines globally aligned policies with locally adapted workforce practices to support diverse technical teams.

COMPETITION FOR SKILLED AVIATION SPECIALISTS

The company said the certification process also serves as an external review of internal organisational practices at a time when competition for licensed engineers and aviation specialists remains strong across the MRO sector.

Edita J. Lukse, Chief People Officer at FL Technics Group, said the organisation places emphasis on professional development and employee retention as the company continues to expand internationally.

“Employee stability and long-term development remain key priorities for us as the organisation grows internationally,” she said.
