INAUGURAL PRAETOR 600E DELIVERED TO FLEET LAUNCH CUSTOMER FLEXJET

Embraer delivered the first Praetor 600E to Flexjet on 18 September, making Flexjet the fleet launch customer for Embraer’s next-generation super-midsize jet. The aircraft is equipped with Embraer’s Smart Window, a 42-inch 4K OLED monitor that enables video conferencing, high-resolution streaming and a real-time external view through three mounted cameras. The Praetor 600E was unveiled alongside the Praetor 500E in February 2026, and received triple certification from Brazil’s ANAC, the US FAA and Europe’s EASA in April 2026, with the Praetor 500E following in June 2026. “We are proud to once again deliver the inaugural Praetor 600E aircraft to Flexjet, a trusted strategic partner for more than 20 years and a company that shares Embraer’s commitment to efficiency, innovation and exceptional customer experience,” said Michael Amalfitano, President and CEO of Embraer Executive Jets. “This milestone reflects the strength of our longstanding relationship, the winning combination of next-generation features onboard the Praetor 600E, and Flexjet’s continued confidence in Embraer’s ability to deliver industry-leading aircraft that meet the evolving needs of its bespoke customers.”

A RELATIONSHIP BUILT SINCE 2003, NOW WORTH UP TO $7 BILLION

Embraer and Flexjet’s relationship dates back to 2003, and includes Flexjet’s selection as fleet launch customer for the original Praetor 500 and Praetor 600 in 2019. In February 2025, the year of Flexjet’s own 30th anniversary, the companies announced an agreement valued at up to 7 billion dollars, comprising a firm order for 182 aircraft and options for 30 more, alongside an enhanced services and support agreement; Flexjet’s own account of that deal noted it had by then taken delivery of more than 150 Embraer aircraft since 2003. Flexjet’s first Praetor 500E delivery, due in the fourth quarter of 2026, will make it fleet launch customer for that type as well. “This milestone delivery continues a success story we have had with Embraer Executive Jets that began back in 2003,” said Michael Silvestro, Flexjet’s Chief Executive Officer. “As the leader in luxury private aviation, fractional aircraft owners look to Flexjet to provide access to the world’s most advanced aircraft.
