HELLMANN REPORTS STABLE 2025 REVENUE AMID CHALLENGING GLOBAL LOGISTICS MARKET

Hellmann Worldwide Logistics reported stable 2025 financial results, increased shipment volumes, and continued strategic expansion despite ongoing pressures in the global logistics market.

Hellmann Worldwide Logistics reported Group revenue of EUR 3.7 billion for fiscal year 2025, compared with EUR 3.8 billion in the previous year, while total annual shipments increased slightly to approximately 21 million.

The company said the results were achieved against a challenging global operating environment characterised by geopolitical tensions, subdued international trade activity, and continued pressure on logistics margins. Despite these conditions, Hellmann stated that shipment volumes grew above broader market levels, contributing to additional market share gains.

According to the company, operational focus during the year remained centred on efficiency improvements and cost structure adjustments, contributing to a slight improvement in the company’s equity ratio and reinforcing its balance sheet position.

In 2025, Hellmann also introduced its Forward2030 growth strategy, which outlines the company’s long-term direction and expansion priorities. As part of this strategy, the logistics group continued to expand its product portfolio, particularly within e-commerce logistics, including the launch of the “near” cross-border e-commerce solution developed in partnership with SkyNet Worldwide Express.

The company additionally expanded its international footprint through the establishment of a new country organisation in Colombia and the opening of additional facilities in strategic markets. Hellmann said this expansion trajectory has continued into 2026, referencing its recently announced automotive joint venture with Motherson.

Jens Drewes said the company had maintained operational stability while establishing a clearer long-term strategic framework through Forward2030.

Hellmann also published its 2025 Sustainability Report during the year, outlining defined carbon dioxide reduction targets aligned with key Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) principles.

Founded in 1871, Hellmann Worldwide Logistics operates across airfreight, seafreight, road, rail, and contract logistics sectors, employing more than 12,000 people in 62 countries.
