Dassault Aviation has selected Honeywell Aerospace’s EASy IV flight deck for its Falcon 2000-EASy aircraft, bringing all Falcon platforms onto a common avionics system.
Honeywell Aerospace said on 20 October 2026 that Dassault Aviation has selected its EASy IV flight deck system for the Falcon 2000-EASy aircraft platform, bringing the latest generation of the cockpit technology to one of the most established aircraft families in business aviation. The announcement was made in Las Vegas.
The upgrade is intended to modernise the Falcon 2000 cockpit with new capabilities designed to improve pilot awareness, streamline operations and support future regulatory requirements. It builds on a longstanding collaboration between the two companies and extends advanced cockpit technologies already available on the Falcon 6X, 7X and 8X. With the Falcon 2000’s EASy IV deployment, all Dassault Falcon platforms, including the 6X and 10X, will operate on a common avionics system.
Features of the EASy IV flight deck include upgraded cockpit displays, enhanced navigation capabilities, upgraded weather detection and expanded connectivity, along with improved runway awareness tools, enhanced flight path visualisation and additional decision-support capabilities for critical phases of flight.
“Dassault Aviation and Honeywell Aerospace have worked together for decades to deliver advanced technologies that support safe, efficient and reliable operations for Falcon operators around the world,” said Linnea Whisler, president, Commercial Original Equipment, Honeywell Aerospace. “The selection of EASy IV for the Falcon 2000 demonstrates our shared commitment to continuously improving safety and the flying experience while helping operators meet evolving operational and regulatory requirements.”
For existing Falcon 2000-EASy operators, the upgrade offers a path to modernise aircraft already in service while addressing avionics obsolescence; for new aircraft customers, EASy IV delivers a common cockpit experience across the broader Falcon family. More than 700 Falcon 2000 aircraft have been produced to date, accumulating more than 3.8 million flight hours worldwide.
