JAZZ AVIATION RENEWS AND EXPANDS PARTNERSHIP WITH VERYON TO ADOPT FLEET-WIDE DIAGNOSTICS

Jazz Aviation expands its partnership with Veryon, adopting Guided Troubleshooting as part of a fleet-wide diagnostics strategy supporting proactive maintenance and reliability management.

Jazz Aviation has renewed and expanded its partnership with Veryon, extending the airline’s use of the Veryon platform and adopting Veryon Guided Troubleshooting (ADS Plus) as part of a broader fleet-wide diagnostics strategy.

Veryon states the expanded agreement builds on Jazz Aviation’s long-term use of Veryon Defect Analysis and Veryon Reliability. The latest phase introduces a more integrated diagnostics approach designed to support complex airline maintenance and engineering operations.

Integrated diagnostics and maintenance insight

Veryon states its AI-powered maintenance solutions are built on decades of aviation data, domain expertise and analytics designed specifically for maintenance and engineering teams. By combining structured defect data, historical maintenance records and intelligent diagnostics, the platform is designed to support a shift from reactive troubleshooting towards proactive fleet-wide maintenance insight.

Through on-site collaboration, product demonstrations and strategic planning sessions, Jazz Aviation evaluated enhancements to Veryon Reliability and the operational benefits of Veryon Guided Troubleshooting in improving fix effectiveness and diagnostic accuracy across the fleet.

Jazz Aviation has also joined Veryon’s Customer Advisory Board, contributing operational feedback to support ongoing development of Veryon Guided Troubleshooting.

Veryon platform and industry footprint

Veryon states it provides aviation software and information services to more than 5,500 customers, supporting approximately 75,000 maintenance professionals and over 100 OEMs across nearly 150 countries.

The company states its platform is supported by a de-identified aviation maintenance dataset containing more than 80 million events. The platform combines OEM-authorised publications, cloud-based maintenance workflows and AI-driven analytics to support operator, MRO and OEM maintenance planning and execution.

Veryon states customers using the platform have achieved reductions in troubleshooting time for new technicians and reductions in maintenance-related downtime costs.
