Beijing, June 17, 2025 — ExecuJet Haite Aviation Services China Co., Ltd. (ExecuJet Haite) and Shanghai Starjet Business Aviation Co., Ltd. (Starjet) have entered a strategic cooperation agreement aimed at enhancing China’s business aviation ecosystem. The agreement was officially signed at The Peninsula Beijing Hotel, formalising a partnership between two of the country’s leading aviation service providers.
The alliance is grounded in a shared vision for the high-quality development of China’s business aviation industry. By pooling their strengths, the two companies will collaborate across aircraft management, MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul), 24/7 technical support, and value-added client services. The objective is to boost operational efficiency, safety standards, and customer satisfaction while creating a seamless and elevated experience for business jet owners and operators.

ExecuJet Haite, a fully certified one-stop MRO provider with strategic locations in Tianjin and Beijing, supports over 16 business aircraft types and holds approvals from 12 international aviation authorities, including the CAAC and FAA.
“This partnership is a pivotal step for Starjet to elevate our service capabilities,” said Mr Yang Hua, Chairman of Starjet. “ExecuJet Haite’s global certifications and robust engineering support will help us deliver secure, convenient, and exceptional service to our high-end clientele.”

Our shared values and technical alignment make this collaboration a powerful step toward mutual growth. With our extensive MRO infrastructure and international OEM authorisations, we’re well positioned to support Starjet’s fleet at the highest global standards.”
As part of the agreement, ExecuJet Haite’s sister company, Tianjin Haite Aircraft Engineering, will provide additional maintenance support for Starjet’s Airbus Corporate Jets. This integration strengthens both parties’ capabilities and signals a significant step toward standardising and internationalising China’s business aviation services.
