Deutsche Aircraft has announced a strategic partnership with Kepner-Tregoe (KT) focused on leadership and organisational capability development as the company progresses towards industrialisation, certification readiness and market entry of the D328eco® regional aircraft.
The collaboration will see Kepner-Tregoe deliver tailored executive and management programmes designed to strengthen critical thinking, structured decision making, risk awareness and sustainable problem-solving capability across Deutsche Aircraft’s organisation.
