Deutsche Aircraft has announced a strategic partnership with Kepner-Tregoe (KT) focused on leadership and organisational capability development as the company progresses towards industrialisation, certification readiness and market entry of the D328eco® regional aircraft.

The collaboration will see Kepner-Tregoe deliver tailored executive and management programmes designed to strengthen critical thinking, structured decision making, risk awareness and sustainable problem-solving capability across Deutsche Aircraft’s organisation.

Deutsche Aircraft states the initiative supports its operational scale-up as it advances the D328eco programme and prepares for industrial and market expansion. The company says organisational capability development is a core component of its strategy as it expands its industrial footprint.

Kepner-Tregoe states the partnership is designed to support Deutsche Aircraft during a key growth phase, with a focus on enabling leadership teams to make effective decisions, manage operational complexity and maintain performance as new aviation technologies are brought to market.

Programme progress and industrial milestones

The partnership follows recent milestones in the D328eco programme, including rollout of the first TAC1 prototype and continued progress on Deutsche Aircraft’s carbon-neutral Final Assembly Line in Leipzig.
