EMBRAER REPORTS RECORD REVENUES AND STRONG BACKLOG IN 2025 RESULTS

Embraer reported record revenues of US$7.6 billion in 2025 with aircraft deliveries increasing and firm order backlog reaching an all-time high of US$31.6 billion.

Aircraft manufacturer posts highest annual revenue in company history with growing order backlog.

 

RECORD ANNUAL REVENUE AND DELIVERY GROWTH

Embraer reported record annual revenues of US$7.578 billion for 2025, representing an 18% year-on-year increase and exceeding the company’s guidance for the period.

 

 

Fourth-quarter revenues totalled US$2.652 billion. The company highlighted strong performance in its Defence & Security and Executive Aviation divisions, which recorded year-on-year revenue growth of 36% and 25% respectively.

 

 

Adjusted EBIT reached US$230.9 million in the fourth quarter with a margin of 8.7%. For the full year, adjusted EBIT totalled US$656.8 million with the same margin, both above the company’s guidance.

 

 

AIRCRAFT DELIVERIES INCREASE ACROSS SEGMENTS

Embraer delivered 91 aircraft in the fourth quarter of 2025. This included 32 commercial jets, 53 executive jets and six defence aircraft.

 

 

Commercial deliveries comprised 18 E2 jets and 14 E1 jets. Executive aviation deliveries included 28 light jets and 25 medium jets, while defence deliveries consisted of two KC-390 Millennium aircraft and four A-29 Super Tucano aircraft.

 

 

For the full year, Embraer delivered 244 aircraft, compared with 206 aircraft delivered in 2024. The total included 78 commercial jets, 155 executive jets and 11 defence aircraft.

 

 

BACKLOG REACHES ALL-TIME HIGH

The company reported a firm order backlog of US$31.6 billion at the end of the fourth quarter of 2025, representing an all-time high and more than 20% growth year-on-year.

 

 

Commercial Aviation recorded a 2.8x book-to-bill ratio across the E175 and E2 aircraft platforms, contributing to a 42% year-on-year increase in the division’s backlog.

 

 

Embraer also reported adjusted free cash flow excluding Eve Air Mobility of US$491.2 million for 2025 and ended the year with a net cash position of US$109.3 million.

 

 

2026 GUIDANCE

Looking ahead to 2026, Embraer expects commercial aircraft deliveries between 80 and 85 units and executive aviation deliveries between 160 and 170 aircraft.

 

 

The company forecasts revenues between US$8.2 billion and US$8.5 billion, with an adjusted EBIT margin between 8.7% and 9.3%. Adjusted free cash flow excluding Eve is expected to reach at least US$200 million.
