Singapore, 6 February 2026 — Airnorth has signed a new multi-year fleet support agreement with Embraer, reinforcing a long-standing relationship between the regional airline and the manufacturer, while supporting continued safe and reliable operations across Northern Australia and surrounding regions.

 

The agreement provides maintenance, repair and spare-parts support for Airnorth’s Embraer E170 and E190 aircraft under Embraer’s Pool Program, giving the airline access to global component support and technical services.

 

Airnorth Supply Chain Manager Bradley Norrish said the agreement strengthens the airline’s ability to maintain dependable operations across some of Australia’s most remote and operationally demanding routes.

 

Reliability remains a core requirement for regional operators, and the agreement provides access to OEM-backed technical expertise and components. This supports cost management, reduces aircraft downtime and helps maintain service continuity for communities that rely on regional air connectivity.

 

Embraer marked the agreement as a continuation of a partnership spanning a decade. Carlos Naufel, President and CEO of Embraer Services & Support, said Airnorth operates in challenging conditions and plays an important role in regional connectivity. Embraer will continue providing tailored support solutions for the airline’s E-Jets fleet.

 

Embraer’s Pool Program provides global component support through its technical services network. The programme is designed to reduce repair and inventory costs, lower warehousing requirements and operate within guaranteed performance parameters. Embraer Services & Support delivers customised after-sales solutions supporting the global Embraer fleet.
