BOMBARDIER LAUNCHES AVIATOR LOUNGE IN MONACO

Bombardier expanded its European presence with the inauguration of its Aviator Lounge in Monaco yesterday. The ribbon-cutting ceremony at the Monaco Yacht Club was officiated by Prince Albert II and Bombardier chairman Pierre Beaudoin.

The lounge, designed by French architect Andrea Mosca, aims to educate visitors on Bombardier’s aircraft, legacy, and innovations. The space features furnishings and displays showcasing the company’s technological advancements, with the regional sales team on hand to welcome guests.

The event also celebrated the release of “Bombardier,” a book detailing the company’s history from its origins as a snowmobile manufacturer in Canada in the 1920s to its current status as a leading business jet producer.

“We are immensely proud to reaffirm our presence in the region with the opening of the Aviator Lounge by Bombardier, the first tailor-made space of this kind by any jet manufacturer,” said Emmanuel Bornand, Bombardier’s vice president of international sales. “Thanks to its location, it symbolises the meeting of the land, the sea, and the air.

Most importantly, it provides a welcoming place for us to meet with anyone who wants to stop by and learn about Bombardier’s eight decades of innovation, leading to the uncompromising performance of our jets and pioneering research into more sustainable ways to fly.”
