EMBRAER AND LATAM SIGN COMPONENT POOL PROGRAM DEAL FOR E195-E2 FLEET

The agreement will cover more than 300 components across LATAM’s incoming fleet of 24 firm-ordered E195-E2 aircraft, with Embraer holding inventory in Brazil.

Embraer (NYSE: EMBJ / B3: EMBJ3) and LATAM Airlines Group S.A. (NYSE: LTM; SSE: LTM) have signed a Component Pool Program agreement to support the introduction of 24 Embraer E195-E2 aircraft ordered by the airline, Embraer said in Santiago de Chile on 13 October 2026. In addition to the 24 firm orders, the LATAM Group also holds 50 purchase options.

The agreement will deliver component support for LATAM’s E195-E2 fleet under Embraer’s Pool Program as the airline expands its operations. The programme covers more than 300 aircraft components across multiple systems of the E2 and includes exchange services, repair and overhaul solutions, and a selected inventory of components at LATAM facilities in Brazil.

“This Component Pool Program agreement marks an important step as LATAM prepares to introduce the E195-E2 into its fleet.

Our objective is to deliver a robust and cost-efficient support solution from day one, ensuring high aircraft availability and operational reliability as the airline prepares to advance its growth strategy. Embraer Services & Support is fully committed to providing the best-in-class services experience and long-term value for LATAM,” said Carlos Naufel, President and CEO, Embraer Services & Support.
