EXECUJET MRO SERVICES MIDDLE EAST MARKS 20 YEARS OF OPERATIONS IN THE REGION

ExecuJet MRO Services Middle East has marked 20 years of operations, highlighting two decades of technical growth and continued support to the region’s business aviation sector.

The company began operations at Dubai International Airport in January 2006, becoming one of the first dedicated business aviation Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) providers to establish operations in the Emirate. In 2023, the company relocated its main operating base to Al Maktoum International Airport (Dubai South).

Over the past two decades, the operation has expanded into a large-scale, purpose-built MRO facility covering 15,500m² and employing more than 180 personnel. The facility provides maintenance support to a wide range of business aircraft operators and has contributed to the development of Dubai’s business aviation ecosystem by encouraging suppliers and partners to establish operations in the region.

The company has further strengthened its customer offering through strategic partnerships, including cooperation with F/List for cabin interior refurbishments and Satys Aerospace for aircraft painting and livery services.

Nick Weber, Regional Vice President Middle East, ExecuJet MRO Services, said the milestone reflects the company’s long-term commitment to delivering consistent MRO services across the region, built on quality, safety and long-term customer relationships.

Since its launch, the company’s growth has tracked closely with the development of the Middle East’s business aviation market. The operation began with 12 employees and doubled its workforce within its first year, delivering more than 21,000 labour hours during that period.

Following its acquisition by Dassault Aviation, ExecuJet MRO Services Middle East has continued to expand its technical capabilities. The facility operates as a factory-owned Dassault Falcon MRO, supporting Falcon aircraft including the Falcon 7X, 8X, 2000LXS and Falcon 6X. The facility is also an authorised service centre for Embraer and multiple engine original equipment manufacturers.

The company maintains a strong focus on technical training, with maintenance engineers and technicians trained to current OEM standards. The facility holds approximately 20 regulatory approvals, including approvals from the UAE General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA), the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and the United States Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), along with additional national authority approvals.

ExecuJet MRO Services Middle East continues to offer a full range of MRO support services, including airframe maintenance, engine support, avionics upgrades, cabin refurbishment and aircraft on ground (AOG) support.

As it enters its third decade of operations, the company remains focused on continued investment in technical capability, infrastructure
