GA TELESIS MRO SERVICES COMPLETES LANDING SYSTEMS SERVICES INTEGRATION AHEAD OF EXPECTATIONS

GA Telesis, through its Landing Gear Services (LGS) division, has confirmed the successful integration of LGS into the GA Telesis Ecosystem™, completing the process ahead of schedule and delivering results above initial performance forecasts. The integration represents a key milestone in the company’s operational expansion and broader growth strategy.

The integration has fully incorporated LGS into the GA Telesis Ecosystem™ operating, commercial and quality architecture. This includes standardised processes, unified leadership oversight and coordinated performance management across the platform. The company states that despite the complexity typically associated with integrations of this scale, execution strengthened rather than slowed.

Operational performance and customer delivery

Following integration, average delivery times improved by 33% for commercial customers and 27% for government customers. The company reports that this has supported increased throughput, improved asset velocity and greater operational predictability for airline and government clients.

During the integration period, the business also secured multiple new long-term agreements covering widebody, narrowbody and regional aircraft platforms. According to the company, these agreements provide third-party validation of the combined enterprise, strengthen revenue visibility and reinforce confidence in the scalability of the operating model.

Pastor Lopez, President of MRO Services Group, said the integration was achieved through disciplined execution and close collaboration across teams, with delivery times improving significantly despite the scale and complexity of the integration.

Scale expansion and market positioning

By combining the volume of GA Telesis’ existing landing gear operations with those of the acquired business, the company states it has become the largest independent provider of landing gear services in the Americas.

The integrated platform is reported to be delivering benefits through streamlined processes, shared best practices and expanded technical capability. GA Telesis says this strengthens its competitive position in the global aviation MRO sector and enhances the value of the GA Telesis Ecosystem™ by increasing internal supply availability, improving turnaround predictability and strengthening coordination across repair, leasing and asset management activities.

The company added that employees from both organisations played a central role in achieving a seamless transition while maintaining uninterrupted service levels for customers.

With the integration complete, GA Telesis states it is focused on accelerating growth, expanding capabilities across aircraft platforms and continuing to support long-term customer partnerships.
