Capua, Italy / Warsaw, Poland – July 2025 — Tecnam and Evionica have partnered to unveil a new benchmark in digital aviation training: a fully integrated Computer-Based Training (CBT) solution for the Tecnam P-Mentor. The collaboration is designed to meet the evolving needs of modern flight schools, offering a seamless, intuitive, and highly detailed training experience for PPL, IR, and UPRT students.
More than a digital manual, the P-Mentor CBT integrates immersive visuals, real-world flight data, and operational accuracy into a single adaptable platform. Developed in close cooperation between Evionica’s digital training specialists and Tecnam’s engineers and pilots, the courseware reflects the true operational dynamics of the P-Mentor, transforming ground school into a more engaging and connected experience.
“From the outset of our collaboration with Tecnam, we shared a clear vision: to shape the future of aviation training through innovation and partnership,” said Mateusz Godun, CEO of Evionica. “The P-Mentor CBT is a product born from shared expertise and a deep understanding of flight school needs. We’ve created a training solution that is immersive, intuitive, and in step with today’s pilot education standards.”
Built to streamline instruction at ATOs and FTOs, the CBT offers scenario-based modules, detailed system animations, and interactive content that reduces instructor workload while improving student comprehension. Walter Da Costa, Tecnam’s Chief Sales Officer, praised the partnership: “Evionica has brought an impressive level of professionalism and digital know-how. This CBT empowers operators to deliver training theory and procedures in a way that today’s students can truly grasp. Together, we are shaping the standard for next-generation pilot training.”
This innovation enhances the P-Mentor’s already acclaimed value in the flight training market, reinforcing Tecnam’s commitment to building a modern flight training ecosystem. The aircraft, known for its low environmental impact, is part of the world’s greenest training fleet — cutting up to 10 tonnes of CO₂ per CPL student over a 155-hour programme.
