ExecuJet has significantly bolstered its European footprint by partnering with JetSet, an established Fixed Base Operator (FBO) provider, to introduce 20 new service locations across Greece. This strategic collaboration marks ExecuJet’s first foray into the Hellenic Republic, a region celebrated for its dual appeal as a thriving business hub and a premier leisure destination.
The Mediterranean nation, home to numerous islands, including the largest, Crete, serves as a crossroads for high-net-worth individuals and business travellers. The partnership aims to capitalise on Greece’s status as a favoured destination, offering travellers enhanced accessibility and high-quality services
Patrick Hansen, CEO of Luxaviation Group, emphasised the significance of the expansion, noting that the partnership reflects a commitment to providing premium services in critical locations. The addition of these FBOs enhances flexibility for clients, facilitating seamless access to otherwise remote locations.
Michel Tohane, President of Group FBO Services at Luxaviation Group, highlighted the collaboration as a strategic move to blend global expertise with JetSet’s local knowledge. The partnership strengthens ExecuJet’s presence in the Mediterranean and establishes Greece as a vital European market for luxury and business aviation services.
John Stergiopoulos, CEO of JetSet, welcomed the partnership as a transformative chapter for the company. Combining JetSet’s regional acumen with ExecuJet’s global reputation will elevate service standards across Greece and further position the country as a premier destination for both business and leisure travellers.
ExecuJet projects over 9,000 aircraft movements annually at its new Greek locations, with heightened demand during the summer season. The collaboration underscores both companies’ dedication to solidifying Greece’s reputation as a critical hub for high-end aviation services, while optimising the travel experience for a growing clientele.
