EMBRAER TO SHOWCASE E195-E2 AND KC-390 MILLENNIUM AT SINGAPORE AIRSHOW

Embraer will display the E195-E2 and KC-390 Millennium at the Singapore Airshow 2026, highlighting recent commercial, defence and infrastructure milestones that reinforce its long-standing commitment to the Asia-Pacific region.

Embraer has confirmed its participation in the 10th edition of the Singapore Airshow, taking place from 3 to 8 February 2026, where it will display the E195-E2 commercial aircraft and the KC-390 Millennium multi-mission tactical transport.

The company said its presence at the airshow reflects continued commitment to growth across the Asia-Pacific region, where Embraer’s fleet operates in more than 20 countries. At the static display, Embraer will present the E195-E2, described as the world’s quietest and most fuel-efficient aircraft in its class, alongside the KC-390 Millennium, designed and built as a modern, multi-role military transport platform.

Embraer highlighted several recent milestones that underpin its regional strategy. In commercial aviation, Scoot has been operating its full E190-E2 fleet on an expanding network since beginning E2 operations in May 2024. Virgin Australia’s first E190-E2 entered service in November 2025, while All Nippon Airways has placed an order for 15 E190-E2 aircraft, with options for a further five.

Within defence and security, Embraer has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with South Korea’s Defense Acquisition Program Administration. The company has also entered into a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Mahindra Group to advance the C-390 Millennium solution for the Indian Air Force’s Medium Transport Aircraft programme.

The company’s regional footprint has expanded through the inauguration of an office in New Delhi, complementing its existing Asia-Pacific offices. In Singapore, Embraer-CAE Training Services has established the region’s first E-Jets E2 full flight simulator, strengthening training capacity for airlines operating the type.

“These advancements reinforce Embraer’s regional commitment and expand its presence across all business units – Commercial Aviation, Defense, Executive Jets, Services & Support,” the company said.

Francisco Gomes Neto, President and CEO of Embraer, described Asia-Pacific as a key growth driver for the group, noting increasing airline interest in E-Jets and E2 aircraft to enhance regional connectivity. He also pointed to growing global traction for the KC-390 Millennium, citing its multi-mission capability, reliability and efficiency.

Eve Air Mobility, part of the Embraer group, will also be represented at the show. In December 2025, Eve completed the first flight of its uncrewed, full-scale eVTOL prototype, marking the start of its flight test campaign. Test operations are set to continue through 2026 as the programme expands the aircraft’s flight envelope.

Embraer has operated in the Asia-Pacific region since 1978. Singapore serves as its regional hub, hosting a distribution centre with more than US$100 million in parts inventory and an E2 simulator supporting pilot training, alongside the company’s office in Beijing.
