PHENOM 300 SERIES DOMINATES GLOBAL LIGHT JET MARKET FOR 14TH CONSECUTIVE YEARS

Embraer’s Phenom 300 series retains its position as the world’s best-selling light jet for the 14th consecutive year, with 72 aircraft delivered in 2025 and continued Executive Aviation growth.

Series recognised as most delivered twin-engine jet for sixth consecutive year

Embraer has confirmed that its Phenom 300 series remains the world’s best-selling light jet for the 14th consecutive year, according to data released by the General Aviation Manufacturers Association (GAMA) during its State of the Industry press conference in Washington, D.C. The aircraft was also identified as the most delivered twin-engine jet for the sixth year in succession.

Strong delivery performance in 2025

In 2025, Embraer delivered 72 Phenom 300 series aircraft, representing the highest annual total for the programme this decade. The company closed the year with 155 Executive Aviation deliveries overall, reaching the top of its guidance.

The Phenom 300 series fleet now exceeds 900 aircraft in service worldwide, operating in 70 countries and accumulating more than 2.9 million flight hours.

Michael Amalfitano, President and CEO of Embraer Executive Jets, said the Phenom 300E continues to lead the light jet category by delivering performance, technology and ownership experience aligned with customer expectations. He noted that the aircraft’s sustained market position reflects continued customer confidence in the brand.

Performance and technology

The Phenom 300E is the fastest light jet currently in production, with a maximum speed of Mach 0.80. It offers a five-occupant range of 2,010 nautical miles (3,724 km) with NBAA IFR reserves.

Its avionics suite includes the Runway Overrun Awareness and Alerting System (ROAAS), the first system of its kind developed and certified in business aviation. Additional features include autothrottle, Synthetic Vision System and Emergency Descent Mode.

The aircraft also incorporates systems typically associated with larger business jets, including single-point refuelling, an externally serviced lavatory and an integrated airstair.

Praetor family milestone

Beyond the light jet segment, Embraer’s Praetor family delivered 69 aircraft in 2025. The programme achieved a further milestone during the year as the Praetor fleet surpassed 400 aircraft delivered worldwide.

The combined performance of the Phenom 300 series and Praetor family contributed to a record 155 Executive Aviation deliveries in 2025.
