Dubai, UAE – December 2024 – ExecuJet Middle East, a collaboration between Luxaviation Group and Alpha Middle East Holdings, has unveiled a groundbreaking private jet facility at the Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub in Dubai South. The official opening, graced by His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, underscores Dubai’s ambition to lead as a global aviation hub.
Spanning an impressive 15,000 square meters, the state-of-the-art facility redefines luxury travel in the Middle East. Designed with innovation and exclusivity in mind, it features premium amenities such as the region’s first airside suite, a cigar lounge, and a Majlis lounge created by renowned designer Nada Debs. The facility also boasts a 7,000-square-meter climate-controlled hangar, offering privacy and security for clients and their aircraft.
The terminal caters to diverse traveler needs with cutting-edge business and leisure services, including private spa and grooming options, a high-tech conference room, and a dedicated children’s lounge. Complementing these offerings is an advanced Dassault Aviation MRO (maintenance, repair, and overhaul) facility, supporting a range of OEM aircraft products and ensuring operational excellence.
Adding a cultural touch, an exclusive art collection curated by Opera Gallery transforms the terminal into a unique experience, accessible only to ExecuJet passengers.
